Liao Special Forces have seven crates with our new prototype ammunition under their control.
We need to destroy those crates before the ammo is used against us. At the moment Liao has
secured the crates in different locations in the Muddy Waters area. They are going to bring it into
a high security base located in the East. Two crates are already there.
We have a spy camera in one of their lookout  towers.
This area is surrounded by perimeteralarm chain. There are very few gaps in this chain to slip in. 
Look at the distances between the perimeter alarm poles to figure that out. It is not recommended
to trigger the alarm system. The entire system has a central power supply in the South.
Without power it can not work. How to get in to switch it off? "
