General Bang has Elite troops with advanced technology in the Highlands.
Several attempts to find out what is going on in that area failed.
Nobody ever came back from the Highlands. We know the position of an
abandoned Bandit headquarter and we know that some secret  information is available there.
For the first phase of the mission we recommend fast Mechs with Jump Jets. Do not attack anything.
Heavily armed troops with special equipped Mechs have landed in our expected Extraction area.
You should contact them as soon as you have the Bandit headquarter information.
