We need to hunt down a spy who escaped in a modified MadCat.
There is a high reward for hunting him down dead or alive.
He is hiding in an area that was a former prison complex and the center of heavy conflicts
last summer. Nearly every building and installation was destroyed by our successful forces.
All enemies were destroyed or had fled. The area should be clean but nobody knows for sure. 
Scan the area. Find and destroy the fugitive's MadCat.
